We want to make your next move as HassleFree as possible.

We wouldn’t be in business without you, and recognize the importance of a good working relationship between you as the tenant, and us as the landlords. Any good relationship starts with communication – and that is something that we are good at! You can always get hold of us and we will deal with maintenance issues promptly.

All we ask is that you keep up your end of the deal by keeping our ‘Three Golden Rules’ in mind:

  1. PAY THE RENT ON TIME, EVERY TIME

Set up an automatic payment from your account on pay day, so that you know your rent comes to us first

  2. LOOK AFTER THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY

Keep the property clean and tidy and help us keep an eye out for maintenance items

  3. DON’T ANNOY THE NEIGHBOURS

Neighbours of all our properties have our contact details, so best to keep them onside! A bit of common courtesy goes a long way

Maintenance

Please let us know if you spot any maintenance items or repairs that need attention. The quicker the better to avoid potential damage.

Email, text or call your property manager and the request will be acknowledged that day. Our tradespeople will be in touch and arrange to get any issues sorted.

Info-After-Hours

After Hours

If you are trying to get hold of us outside of normal working hours or on the weekend sending a text is the most effective way to get in touch.

We are never far away from our phones, so we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Info-Ending-Tenancy

Ending Your Tenancy

Fixed Term Tenancy

If you are in a fixed term tenancy then you can´t give notice to end your tenancy. The tenancy continues until the end date as shown on your tenancy agreement. If you need to be released from your fixed term tenancy there are a few options however, so get in touch with your property manager for details.

Periodic Tenancy

If you are in a periodic term tenancy then you need to give us at least 28 days notice in writing (email) to end your tenancy.

Info-Inspections

Inspections

We will visit you 4-6 weeks after you move in to your new home for your first inspection. After that we will inspect every 12 weeks.

We will give you at least 48 hours notice in writing so you know when we are coming over.

We do these inspections so that we can let the owner know the condition of the property and to sort out any maintenance issues.
